Kent St up early7-0. WMU afflete coughed up ball and it was returned for a score. Kent St DT Chris Fairchild(6'2 309) has an early sack on talented WMU QB Terrell!

Nick Holley is a talented and tough prospect! He's over 100 rushing again and is closing in on 800 rushing yards on the season. He should be able to crack the thousand yard Mark before season is over!

Nick Holley rushed for 141 yards on 22 carries & TD...Desmond Howard complimented his athleticism all night & called him "Swiss army knife"...they started showing old clips of Julian Edelman when he played at Kent St...couldn't be easy playing tonight w his brothers situation

Ian Eriksen rushed for 109 yards on 25 carries & 2 TD's....+ 5 receptions for 72 yards....still late in the game

These MAC games probably belong on a new week (12) but last night once again two of our key wideouts had bad games.( Thompson and Miller). Miller made a great move on a long pass as he blew by the defender for a certain TD but he dropped the ball. It happens but it continues these poor ESPN night games from important guys. Does not help that they don't seem to be targeted much at all in these night games.. On a brighter note some are comparing Nick Holley to Edelman and there are striking similarities. Probably a long shot to get drafted but if he runs a fast 40 and shuttle who knows? Akron's soph WR Wolf has been mentioned as having a 4.4 40 yard dash.

After seeing Holley in action I'm hopping on the bandwagon Comparing him to Edelman! Definitely a long shot but he's built for the slot. Short, compact build, good speed and quickness. His toughness really stood out to me running through the tackles and opposing defenses know that the QB run is coming and still can't stop him. As for the other MAC WRs it's unfortunate they haven't had breakout performances in prime time but they've just gotta stick at it. 40 times and how they perform in Bowl games will be a huge factor in draft stock. We all know their body of work but caste scouts and gms still see our wrs as "scrappy gym rats."Never end in Uphill battle.

Miller, Wolf and Thompson are underclassmen so they still have one more year in college at the very least.

Definitely good news. Its too bad Gehrig Dieter bolted to Bama, as he would have been hands down our top WR prospect in MAC and Bama sparingly uses him as an afterthought blocking WR..

I've noticed a lot of hype for black WR Corey Davis from WMU.. He's got good production and size but he's generating RD 1 NFL buzz because he's black. Just like Khalil Mack got noticed, Keenan Reynolds and any other afflete with "upside" from small schools. It's ironic how level of competition is never used to knock black players but Is routinely held against our small school prospects.

Dieter has been less productive than Mullaney was last year. I guess it makes sense since Alabama is a run heavy team with a black quarterback that relies on his legs to make up for his lack of talent as a pass catcher. Lane Kiffin is really pushing the black quarterback agenda down there so he can go **** himself as can Saban. I hope Nick Fitzgerald runs all over them this weekend.

Cheers to that hoping for an Alabama loss, as well as Clemson. Pitt has a solid chance at an upset !!

DB (ex QB) Chase Hansen with a Pick Six...dude has NFL Talent...Hunter Dimick with his 5th sack of the night..only player in CFB to do that in 1 game

Disappointed Nick Ralston with only one carry so far (5 yards)

Duke LBer Ben Humphries had 12 or 13 tackles before hurting his shoulder in early 4th qtr

Let me get the bad news out of the way. Ryan Switzer has not had a big game in ages. They use him as a decoy and dink and dunk to him. It just looks real bad and at this point his draft status is up in the air but that is the case with most all white wide receivers. They use to have him run deeper patterns and for whatever reason they have him run 5 yard and play pitch and catch.
OK LB Ben Humphreys is undersized but he is a fluid athlete with some wheels. He was fantastic last night. Chase Hansen is a redshirt soph and he is on the NFL radar for sure so either 2018 or 2019 we could see his name light up draft day. Another redshirt soph safety that NFL scouts are keeping an eye on is Drue Tranquill from ND. He tore his acl last year celebrating (good grief) but he has had a tremendous season. True soph Grayson Miller from Mich. St. didn't play much but he has speed etc. so he could pick up attention if he starts next year.

Daniel Jones had another nice game vs. UNC in the upset. He is part of a solid group of freshman QBs that have emerged on the scene this year. Others are Sam Darnold, Justin Herbert, Shane Buechele, Jacob Eason, Jake Bentley (along with quite a few current sophomores who are having good years).

I think Switzer just needs to go to the Senior Bowl and Combine. His body of work at UNC speaks for itself. He is the focal point of the offense so they use him to open up the offense for other players.

Great to see Dmick and Hansen both have huge games.

Basically using Switzer same way as miniscule shrimp Tavon Austin... Only I highly doubt Switzer gets pick first three rounds let alone top 10.

West Virginia barely holds on to beat Texas in Texas, giving Texas their 5th loss of the season, along with 5 wins. I was hoping Texas would go bowl-less this year but they play KU next week, so they are pretty much a lock.

Great to see a very White-friendly Wisconsin team up 28-3 early in the 2nd QTR against "Hatie the White Man" Smiff's chocolate Illinois army. Hopefully, Wisconsin can drop 60+ on them today.

Pitt making it a game against Clemson at the half 28-27. The lead video at ESPN is a 50 yard TD from Peterman to TE Orndoff......

ACC is so overrated. Another conference where defense is optional.
