White Starters in Pac 10 about the same

Looks like the PAC 10 is about the same as last year in terms of white starters with about 84. There are about 19 offensive non-linemen vs. last years 20. Outside of Stanford (the Northwestern or Vanderbilt of the PAC 10), highlights are UCLA, and also the modest resurgence of white starters at Washingon up to nine from five two years ago, and a similar resurgence at Oregon. Lowlights are the Arizona school disasters (six each) and USC.

For what it's worth, eep in mind that the non-white starters in the Pac 10 are not all black. Every Pac-10 school seems to start an inordinate number of Samoans and other Pacific Islanders.
