I was rooting for the Steelers to beat the Bengals in the playoffs, but I really like Carson Palmer. He is a great young talent who played superbly this season.
Remember the pass he threw on the play in which his knee was royally messed up? It was a perfect throw that went for 66 yards.
Who caught the pass? Chris Henry, the Bengals third receiver, who occupied that position all season despite erratic play, under-production and attitude problems.
Well, young Mr. Henry was arrested over the weekend on gun charges after threatening a group of people. The same kind of thing we see time and again with black "professional athletes." It just makes me sick when I think of what a high-caliber person Carson Palmer is, and how the NFL has no shortage of vastly-over-rated black wide receivers who aren't only just taking jobs away from qualified whites, but are glorified by the media as role models for impressionable white kids. Even on the Bengals, Kevin Walter is forced to be a "special teams demon" who plays occasionally as a wide receiver because the presence of the "talented" Chris Henry keeps him in his racially respectable slot.
Look at the photograph of Henry that accompanies the article about his arrest. It ought to be the official logo of the NFL. The Palmer to Henry combination? What a disgrace. . .
