Some early observations from the in progress Texas Bowl:
1) Has there been a forum on James Casey from Rice? This guy has size, athleticism, runs, catches, passes, you name it. I'd be interested in following his progress toward a NFL career.
2) Western Michigan started an all white front four on defense along with 2 linebackers.
3) Jarrett Dillard, Rice's heralded All American receiver obviously has been able to get a chance to prove his football abilities despite only being 5'11", 185 lbs, with a 4.55 40. Wonder why?
