I just wanted to start a post about the fastest woman
in the world.She won the gold medal in Athens in the
100 meters and was the only sprinter to run under 11
seconds in every heat & the final.She is from Russia
with love.James Bond.lol. I couldn't resist.Anyways,
she will be running at the Pre-fontane Meet this
weekend.It is on tv.Let's root her on to another
victory.

She was a dissapointing 7th place today.She got a bad
start and never recovered.Nesterenko has a long way to
go if she wants to be the fastest woman in the world
2 years in a row.She isn't in good sprinting shape yet
and the world championships are only 2 months away.If
she is in form,she will be one of the favorites.Her
sprinting technique is as good as it gets similar to
V.Borzov back in the 70's/80's.
