I'm a 5'7" 140CB (freshman) at my high school, and I need to improve my speed vastly. I currently have a fractured ankle (wrestling injury, which could become my sport of choice), so I need an agressive speed program for when I get out of my cast. What are some good regimens I can do at my local HS football field? (btw I go to a 75% white school that has a very anti caste system, with a lot of black linemen and white skill position players)
