Remember they have Jermaine Oneal when he is healthy and haven't been too happy with Bargnani until now. It would be nice if the Mavs could unload Diop in the deal. They desperately need some scoring at center and shooting guard. Nowitzki and Terry have been shouldering almost the entire burden. Dallas's personnel decisions have been horrible since Nellie has been gone so I don't expect any brilliant moves from them unfortunately.
Agree 100% with that whole statement. I think the success of the Spurs and surprising 2004 and 2005 Pistons have had an impact though. Nobody on those teams were exceptional athletes (I would argue that Ginobili was the best athlete on those two teams). It has improved since the late 90s and early 2000s (when AI, Marbury, Carter, Jail Blazers dominated the league), but not enough, especially among the bad teams. The infusion of some Euro and Chinese players who are as athletic, but better fundamentally than current players are going to force the players hands if they want to survive.j41181 said:Here's my bold prediction, if ever CHINA achieves it's full potential in basketball (the same thing goes with certain countries from Europe), they will teach these arrogant Afro-Americans, and WIGGERS a thing or two about basketball, </span><strong style="font-weight: bold;">fundamentalism rules over athleticism.

It's a career-tying performance.whiteathlete33 said:Redick had 17 points last night. I think that is his career high. Anyone know for sure?
Yep, he did just that!ToughJ.Riggins said:Redick 5-9, 5-7 3-pts-15 total pts, 3 rebs, 4 ast, 1 stl, 0 TO. Redick outplayed Pietrus, although Pietrus played pretty well too. Go J.J! The Magic will need you to bring it- with Lee out for now.
