That's a great rendition of our real national anthem, DixieDestroyer! The flute adds so much, doesn't it.

I'm a huge fan of Eric Prydz (who isn't these days?), and Ive been listening to his music for years. He's released some awesome tracks and remixes, his remixes of M83's "Midnight City" and Howard Jones' "Do You Feel Scared?" were both epic.

Here's one of his more recent tracks, I like it!

Always liked this tune by the Traveling Wilburys. Coupled with this video, it's really nice.

Lolo - Why?

Here's an absolutely awesome trance track that I was first introduced to while listening to a mix by Paul Van Dyk, called "The Politics of Dancing". Years later and its still one of my favourite tracks. No vocals but the melody is superb. I highly recommend!

Much better buddy. How is the weather in Canada right now?

Can't complain man! Since Ive moved out to Alberta we had an unusually warm winter, it barely fell below the freezing mark this past winter. We've been having hot weather lately, around 30 degrees Celsius. I like it out here (especially in Banff, AB).

Hows the weather where you're at?

I live in an ultra conservative part of CA. I know, its hard to believe, but there are large swaths of conservative areas still in CA. But the lib freaks so out number us here. Hence the blue state. Past couple of days it has been 92 and 95 degrees. Hot but dry heat. I like it. As long as my A/C is blasting for part of the day. One day I will travel to Canada. Maybe you can show me around. I'll PM if that ever come to fruition.

Right on, yea if you or any other CF members were ever in Western Canada I'd love to meet up and show you around. I've lived in Montreal, Toronto, and Calgary. Sometime in the future I'd like to move out to Vancouver (depends on my job).

It would be awesome to organize a "meetup" with many of the posters at this site but it would be very challenging because everyone lives so far apart.

Speaking of traveling, some day I'm going to check out Montana and Washington. Both states are within driving distance of where I live currently. Likely next summer. Maybe I can even find some models to shoot for my porn site out there. I've often debated flying in models from the States to shoot with me, but it's much more cost effective for me to find local girls. So my trip would possibly be business related.

Even though I’m a heavy metal fan, I’ve always loved the song “Still Loving Youâ€￾ by The Scorpions. It debuted in 1984, a few years before I was born, but I grew up hearing it on the radio and I consider it to be a top 5 all-time classic rock song. The entire track is a build-up to the final 1:40, which is stellar…

Favorite lyric: “Your pride has built a wall, so strong that I can't get through.â€￾

My wife listens to classic rock almost all day long at our house (Sirius radio is free with our satellite TV package) while working and the other day my 4-year old daughter told her that “Still Loving Youâ€￾ was her favorite song, which I thought was cool.

The Scorps have some good tunes from back in the 80s. Some of my favorites are "Big City Nights", "The Zoo" , "Bad Boys Running Wild" & "China White".

DAC is "outlaw country" personified.... from his prison stint, drinkin' & druggin' to his country/metal/southern rock fusion album with Pantera ("Rebel Meets Rebel"). ;-)

I'm not a fan of his profane "underground" albums, but he's wrote a boatload of REAL country & western songs over the past 40+ years. Here's one of my favorites DAC songs...

Sounds like an interesting character. The song you posted is much less profane and is pc friendly ha. I like it . I recently heard an old Hank Williams JR song. Family traditions. Becoming a fan of Outlaw Country !

Hank 3 is also a talent. He's kind of a hybrid of outlaw, traditional & "alternative" country. Some of his songs also have profanity, but not as much as DAC's "underground" albums.

I've been listening to alotta "old time" music here lately. Specifically, Gid Tanner & the Skillet Lickers, Uncle Dave Macon, Grandpa Jones, The Carter Family & Charlie Poole. Country & Bluegrass were born from old time music. :)

***Here's a classic from Uncle Dave Macon...

Just as an FYI, there are several videos on Youtube that are attributed to DAC, but are actually Johnny Rebel. DAC has a few songs that are not terribly kind to minorities, but that one is not his.

Yup fooled me good to know though.
