Undefeated junior welterweight prospect Danny O'Connor (14-0, 3 KO's) won a very workmanlike eight round unanimous decision over Humberto Tapia (15-16-1, 8 KOs). O'Connor landed combinations off of his jab which frustrated Tapia throughout. O'Connor won by scores of 80-72 twice and 80-71.
