Curtis martin is one of the oldest RB in the league and hes stil producing better Numbers then the elite Running backs in the league. I mean the guy has a chance to pass probally Barry SAnders on the all time leader in yards and he gets treated like trash i mean he mine as well be white. I mean his coach idiot Edwards likes Lamot Jordan the most overrated RB in the league. Its ridiculous to even consider him a starter in Oakland i mean the guy hasnt done anything to deserve it. I mean for crying out loud if they would have gave Curtis Martin the carries he deserved he probally would have finished with 2000 yards rushing. Now i was saying that most black athletes are criminals in the NFL but this guy is a leader and a role model for everyone toenjoy. I mean just simply look at CurtisMartin when Edwards the idiot puts Lamot in, Curtis Martin doesnt stand up their and complain or sit out Like TO. He'll do whatever is best for his team and in my opionion he is the running back in football.

Wow- we really agree completely on this topic. I've said exactly what
you've said about Martin, Jordan and Edwards countless times on fantasy
football message boards. No one on those boards ever seemed to agree
with me. I first started really liking Curtis Martin when I read a
story about him as a rookie with the Patriots. Some little kid had sent
him a letter inviting him to his birthday party. He never got a reply
(which would be completely predictable for a pro athlete), but then
Curtis showed up at his door at the scheduled time and stayed for the
party. How cool (and unusual) is it for any celebrity to do something
that nice? This guy has had to put up with the pointless mind games of
Bill Parcells, the presence of an idiot like Keyshawn Johnson in the
locker room, some woeful offensive lines, and not a single great
passing offense in all his years in the league. Over the past few
years, he's had to deal with an imbecile as head coach (Edwards), who
respected him so little that he got into a shoving match with his RB
coach during a game late last season, when the RB coach was pointing
ouf the obvious madness of his continual insertion of mediocre backup
Lamont Jordan into the game at that very crucial stage. There has never
been a single character issue with him, nor has he ever had an issue
with money or his contracts. Curtis is a polite, very religiious and
humble guy who is one of the few players that appreciates everything
he's been blessed with.
