Good landing spot indeed! Should resurrect his career in Cincy.

Bengals sign Mike Gesicki. He was phased out of the Dolphins offense in '22 then was invisible with the atrocious Patriots offense in '23. Good landing spot for him, has a good chance of thriving with Burrow throwing him the ball. Seems like he's been around a long time but Gesicki is still just 28, prime years for a TE.
Guy is a ridiculous athlete too

The Bengals re-sign Trenton Irwin to a one year $2 million contract. Hopefully he'll remain their fourth receiver with Charlie Jones replacing Tyler Boyd in the slot. This article predicts Jones will start. With Mike Gesicki their new tight end, Joe Burrow and a likely 4/5 o-line and their three White stars on defense returning, the Bengals will again be a team to root for.

Well let's just say that many of us here will be watching the Bengals alot more than the Steelers. Outside of Watt they are
becoming a team to root against for casting aside our players. Happy with the Bengals and Joe Burrow can get these guys
the ball.

TJ needs to get out of there, the Steelers don’t deserve him. He would be great in Cincinnati!

There were some rumors last season about the Crawfords trading Watt, the idea being to see what kind of haul they could get for him before he started to decline. Fortunately it hasn't happened, yet, but given the direction the Rooney Plantation is rapidly going demographically it can't be ruled out.

At any rate the AFC North will provide as big a contrast as can be found within the strict confines of the Caste System this season, as Cincy with 10 or so White starters and the only White QB will be squaring off against three of the blackest teams in the league.

Looks like the Bengals gulped the Caste kool-aid big time this draft. Apparently Mims has the knuckle-dragging arm length the NFL is in love with now when it comes to tackles as everything about him yells out "bust."

Bengals' Amarius Mims responds to Nick Saban's comments during NFL draft

Cincinnati Bengals first-round pick Amarius Mims had his fair share of critics during the 2024 NFL draft before the team made him the 18th overall selection.

Nick Saban was a big one of those.

Appearing on ABC’s draft coverage, Saban had this to say about Mims after the Bengals made the pick, according to 247Sports’ Mike Rodak: “This guy’s got all the tools — he’s got great size, he’s got great power. … But it makes you wonder, how did the guy only start 8 [games?] Like, in the SEC championship game, he played only the first 15 plays of the game and then he’s out. Takes himself out. I don’t know what he injured, what he hurt, whatever. But you’ve got to be a little bit more consistent in your performance if you’re going to be a great player and a starter in the National Football League.”

Saban went on to question whether Mims developed the habits to play against guys who are up to his level of competition after playing at a small high school.

The sharp criticism of Mims isn’t exactly uncommon, mostly because Mims had trouble staying on the field at Georgia. Given the quality of his tape when he was on the field, had he played more snaps, he might not have lasted until 18th overall.

Dat simian armed upside though! Even caste whore Saban sees a future bust.

So saban knows he is a bust, but whoever wrote this article seems to think if he had a work ethic he would have been chosen even sooner ?

What a stupid world.

Mental gymnastics of what is wrong and right.. Getting harder and harder by the day in NFL and Amerika 2.0.

Disappointed the Whitest team in AFC North dumbed down their draft class.

To be fair, that statement is probably accurate. He actually IS a good player when he bothers to play. He's quick and strong, has all of the physical qualities necessary. But methinks that it would take a miracle to straighten out his head. And since that is unlikely to happen he will be front and center on the bust watch. But hey, at least he's not Brian Bosworth, Mike Mamula or any of those guys! Now they were the worst busts in the history of humanity according to the "experts."
