Fine is cornerback prospect out of Fort Zemwalt West High School in Missouri. I dont know his measurables but he looks like a solid 4.5 forty guy and absolutely glues himself to receivers. He has been offered a scholarship from Michigan State where he has been promised by recruiter Terry Samuel they only want him as a corner. He led his confrence with 9 interceptions in 2010. Nice to see a white kid get a guarantee he wont be moved to safety.
