Good find, Celtic. The double standard is just ridiculous. Drexel isn't even a Div-1 prospect, another black with mostly same measurables has 5- offers to choose from.

Of the four safeties I listed that have committed so far, I think Evans, Sosnowski, and Badger have the best chance to start at some point. Notre Dame and Nebraska both have starting white safeties at the moment, and Boise State is white friendly. Muncie may be used as a LB at LSU.

I want to see Collinsworth's son succeed really badly. I want to see if his dad would talk about him like he does other white safeties.

"I want to see Collinsworth's son succeed really badly. I want to see if his dad would talk about him like he does other white safeties." Good point, if he bashes his own son as not being athletic
enough he is a complete tool. What kind of bull sh*t is that if a star white receiverfrom the 80'sbashes his son as not being athletic enough to play the game in 2010? The thought of that sickens me, when i become a parent i will tell my kids they can do anything they want if they put their heart and soul into it, and if becoming a (white)runnungback at the college or NFL level is their dream, so be it!

I've updated the list. More safeties have committed, and I've added some more too.

Jack looking at John Drexel i was not that impressed with his measurables, than i found this black safety and they are almost identical size and speed but notice how many offers he has.. And so it goes on. http://wisconsin.scout.com/a.z?s=193&p=8&c=1&nid=4156502

Solid point, but maybe they're projecting Easterly at LB, as he has just enough bulk to beef up to 225 lbs and was called "tough" and a "sure tackler". Also note that Drexel's 40 time is a verified time. Although his SS time is .42 faster-the shuttle time was still very slow. White safety Jamie Silva- who ran about a 4.8 at the NFL combine- somehow reportedly ran a sub 4 short shuttle before- which almost doesn't seem possible with that 40 time! At only 169 lbs. Drexel's frame is too light to add the bulk for LB. I cannot find if Easterly's measurables are from a verified combine.

The most ridiculous caste scenario I've ever seen though, is JC's Jatasun Beachum example. An Arkansas tailback "prospect" who weighs in the 275-300 lb. range- who runs a 4.8 "at best" and was a QB in H.S who never eclipsed 500 yards rushing in a season. I think Beachum never even eclipsed a 3.5 YPC rush average either. CaucasianRivals= utter insanity- has ranked this lard ass almost as high numerically as Sam McGuffie, Rex Burkhead and Brandon Wegher and it appears a little higher than Brandon Bourbon (although Beachum is technically listed as an "Athlete" not a tailback). I think I had a good example with the over-hyping of "RB" Brad Rogers also- and I even reviewed his film in depth to be sure.

Here is the thread on Brad Rogers:

White Rivals Racist Propaganda

We should also note that Tyler Gaffney rushed for 2880 yards as a senior on 9.7 YPC with 48 TDs. This included a 300 yard rushing performance in the state title game, leading his team to victory. Rogers ran for 594 yards on 5.2 YPC with 6 TDs as a senior. Yeah, and Rogers is a tailback and Gaffney is a fullback prospect..right Rivals? Yeah, and Jessica Simpson is smarter than Albert Einstein.

He has very good feet for a big man. Arkansas is his favorite because they are willing to give him a shot at RB.

Maybe STUNNA, but he belongs at DT or DE with that extra baby fat, huge size, nonexplosive measurables and horrible H.S rushing stats.

BTW, Brandon Wegher may appear to be playing lousy- at 3.8 YPC on the season, but he has played well the last two games. Brandon ran for 118 yards on 4.7 YPC and 3 TDs against conference opponent Indiana. This last game Wegher had a clear cut 70 yard TD taken away from him on a BS holding call. He would have had a 133 yard performance on 6.7 YPC against NW. Even the announcer said "that defender just fell over, it was a good block". That TD would have made the end of regulation score 17-17 and pushed it to OT. Wegher also had a BS call take away a 19 yd run this season, so he should be at 4.4 YPC right now, not 3.8 without that BS. Although he's had an up and down season, Wegher is playing well the last two weeks. We don't need to see the over-hyped Rogers!

Sam McGuffie averaged 4.1 YPC as a freshman playing behind a "green" o-line- and with no passing game to help him last year. Just when he had figured things out, he got two concussions. McGuffie was also the best receiving back on the team and most agile, while Minor is the best power runner and more experienced. McGuffie outperformed Rivals "darlings" #1 tailback recruit Darrell Scott and Rivals 250 AP RB Josh Haden, who played for better offenses amongst other recruits that still get more respect than Sam!

Burkhead was doing very well as a reserve as the backup to Roy Helu before spraining his ankle!

I don't fawn over all white RBs, but most who actually get the "rare chance" are very good...(Other than Kyle Eckel, he didn't impress me on the Patriots last year).Edited by: ToughJ.Riggins

As good as three guys that played at TB as freshman for major D1 programs????? Come on man, the kid is a slow, lardass. Your response is that he has great feet??? If he were white, there is no way that he gets a D1 scholarship.

Certainly not Div-2 either. As a runningback, no way. Jatashun Beachum Whale doesn't deserve to carry Burkhead, Wegher, and McGuffie could run circles around him.

Yeah, good point Steve B. How do we even know he could make the switch to DT or DE, when he was a "running" QB- and a bad one at that- in H.S? He'd probably be a Div. II or Div. III player if white. I could find no defensive stats for: "Jatasun the Beach(um)ed Whale is running it straight ahead"! Black Burg straight ahead!

And on Rogers- sure you could play tailback with a 4.65 40 in the Big 10, but not with a 4.68 shuttle and stats and film like he has. I think Shaun Green ran a 4.69 at the NFL combine and he was damn good for Iowa!

I like this STUNNA fellow, he makes me laugh! Can we keep him around? It's sometimes nice to have a contrarian opinion to argue with/make a point on. Besides that, like I mentioned in another post, it's an "edumencation" opportunity!

Haha its just funny that he is arguing that the fatass could even have a chance running the ball in college. He would have a hard time getting out of the backfield in the deeply "affletic" SEC. Arkansas is going after players they couldn't get before? Why the hell are they going after this guy?

Not once did i say that Jatashun is better than them three. I believe that mcguffie would excel real well at the u of A. Petrino likes big runningbacks so i guess thats why he got the offer.

There is a reason he has plenty of offers to play ball. Obviously the recruiters see that he can help there program out.
