Neal isn't exactly an unknown commodity.
Jimmy Chitwood mentioned him in his Arkansas high school football thread, and I think I brought him up a long time ago. He just never had his own thread. Probably because he committed last year. And the most common threads in the high school football forum are for uncommitted and un-offered players. Neal is certainly worthy of his own thread, though. I just hope he doesn't get the 'Ben Cleveland' treatment by Petrino.
