From famed Soutlake Carroll, class of 2008 comes another speed merchant. Ran the fastest time at a Texas camp recently. 5'10--180 ran a 4.3 with a 40" vertical. He is listed as a --take a wild guess-- free safety.

He's too slow, pale and doesn't jump high enough to be a cornerback. Just kidding..Southlake Carroll is 99% white and so why wouldn't he be playing cb? They have had other white cb's before.

Free Safety is a more important position in high school than is cornerback in my opinion. That position is responsible for some pretty important outside run support. Outside runs are a bigger deal in high school because the defense's front seven isn't near as fast. A fast free safety who can make his reads, get to the outside, and make the tackle is a big asset.
