I've been thinking about why our so called "paleoconservative" movement has been phased out of the mainstream. I've come to the conclusion that it was the monopolizing of science/technology education by the left that made them such a force. We used to have guys like Frank Koch and Andrew Carnegie. Now, thanks to academic accreditation and licensing laws, we have most scientifically minded individuals strictly minding their narrow fields while adoring the sacrosanct left and neocons on all issues political and "humanitarian."

So with that in mind, I think we need more guys like Arthur Robinson and B.J. Lawson. I'm trying to become like them, and I'm going keep trying, but I'll concede that it is difficult at times.

So I implore all of you great writers to step up study math and science too. Reading this forum has shown me that there are a lot of great autodidacts out there when it comes to writing. We need to translate that to math and science.

Plus, a lot of it will carry over to the sports sciences.
