This is a local kid from the north jersey area. He played for powerhouse Wayne Hills. Kid had the fifth most touchdowns in the state with 14. He is an absolute beast. He has 4.5 speed and good cutback ability. He took the place of Ray Van Peenan who we all know got screwed. This kid is getting screwed too. Hes listed on Rivals New Jersey page but hes way down on the bottom of the list. No rating for him. He probably will have to play Division II or III

If I recall correctly Decicco's stats are slightly better than Van Peenan's. 4.5 speed is certainly good enough and the NJ competition Dan Decicco played against was pretty good. To give you an idea of how 4.5 speed measures up. Jermie Calhoun has been called by scouts "a power runner with good speed and elusivness", but his Scout.com 40 time was 4.62 and his vertical was a paltry 28 inches. And Calhoun is the consensus #2 RB in the nation.
