This guy is probably the best athlete ever to play football. He
can bench over 500 pounds and run a 4.3. How, with a program that
is more intense than traditional training and builds more
explosiveness. It was originally developed by the Russians during
the Communist era. The style of training makes football players
like decathletes and allows them to be incredibly tough. White
athletes seem to thrive under this program and look for an influx in
white players over the next ten years.

I actually got to watch Arculeta play ball at ASU.He is
one hell of an athlete. He got Pac Ten Player of the year
while he was here.He has earned everything he has
gotten.Great kid who was meant to be a star!I used to
use some of the excercises/plyometrics.They work great.
Another good device is the Strength Shoe.It develops
superior speed and jumping ability.More kids need to
put down the Sony Playstation and get to the gym!

the only problem with plyometric is that you have to be already be in very good shape to get started on the program. It sometimes takes a person a few years before that are in the shape to get started on the program. However it is one a the most intense workouts and combined with free weights and cardio and you could be developing into serious shape.

I can't even remember who he plays for, but I know I've heard announcers talk about him before.

just to show how bad the rams are their best linbacker and corner back is a safety. Archuleta is probably one of the best athletes in the nfl. dispite an injury to a disc in his back he did a great job this year and should have been nominated to go to the probowl. he is one of the few safeties i have seen that can cover terrel owens.

thanks for the info guys. I too remember Madden and it seems like Al Michaels talk favorably of him before. Maybe there was someone else too.
