Here is another Texas kid to keep our eye on. He was the 4th ranked 110m hurdler (13.62 sec PB) in the nation last year in high school. He also won all-state honors for the 200m (21.34 PB) and the long jump (24'2.5" PB) in high school.

He is a freshman running for the Longhorns track team this year and will be running the hurdles at the Texas Relays this weekend. He is also a punter for the football team and averaged 50.3 yds/punt in high school.

He sounds like a great all around athlete.I hadn't even heard of him.Thanks Steve.It's amazing how many great athletes come out of Texas.It is like a hotbed for football & sprinting.Keep us posted on his progress.

If he can run that time this weekend, it would rank as the third best time in the nation at the college level. I hope he pulls it off.
