I'm putting this on the NFL forum because it's surely the busiest and it's likely to get noticed, not buried.

I notice when I put CF in printer friendly format, all posts on a thread appear except the initial post. Why is this?

I just printed a thread and the initial post appeared and printed.

It shows your response, Don, but not my initial post.

It's too bad the p.f.f. window doesn't show a web address so that I could just copy and paste the link.

There, I just went to p.f.f. again and it showed my post immediately previous to this one, but again not the intial post. Could it be my computer?

And it's not just this thread. The same problem is occurring on the thread about Tony Dungy.

And, as an aside, Don, how about numbering posts on a thread, a la Stormfront, even if it means shutting down SF for a day or two to bring that about. Makes it easier to refer to posts.

Let's hear from some others to see if they have the same problem when printing.

I'm curious also as to why it says date posted 30 December 1899. Is that date on every post you look at on this board?

BTW, I don't have anything to do with SF or how it's formatted. That's a different Don in charge of that site!

I think the "1899" refers to the last time white athletes got the respect they deserved.

Sorry I was so late getting back. Had to get back to work.

Anyway I p.f.'ed the threads on Craig Krenzel, Tony Dungy, Christian Fauria and fat black linemen. That 1899 date appears there too. What doesn't appear, though, is the initial post of any of those threads.

FYI...
