I ended up watching the whole thing and would say overall it is well done for an alternative media production. Does go off on some rather unique tangents about the flight that disappeared over Pennsylvania and the gold under the Twin Towers. PNAC and the agenda of the neo-cons is mentioned in the beginning but then not mentioned again at the conclusion when the interests of Israel and the oil companies are left out. But that is one of the problems with alternative history -- there are always multiple theories rather than just one. But it does a good job of bringing together a lot of good footage and raw interviews.
Saw that video a while back. I was surprised by the quality of it. It falls short when it comes to the fate of the actual people on all of those flights. The video implies that our own government killed them. Can't buy that...at least not without a little more evidence.
Overall a good video and definately worth watching.
