BCA 6th Annual Report

Here is a short blurb in the USA today (there are more detailed articles out there, too, if you google it)about the latest Black Coaches and Administrators report on how D1 schools don't hire enough minorities. They are looking to create a "Diversity Progress Rate" that universities will have to hold to when hiring, basically coaching affirmative action. In case anybody really want to bore themselves silly, here is the link to the actual report. It's ridiculous.

FootballDad, I was reading about this yesterday and saw that they want an "Eddie Robinson" rule that requires every college to interview at least one "minority" candidate during each head coaching hire. I wish Richard Lapchick would go dig a hole and bury himself in it, forever ridding us of his cultural marxist rantings.
