Since 2006 the Mountaineers have started 11, 9, 10, 9, 7, 7, 4, 9, 6, 6, 7, 9, 8, 9, and 5. In 2021 they are projected to start 5.
All 5 starters this year are at the positions you would expect. Scrolling through the roster I was surprised at how little white players there were outside of OL. This team is not going to be one to watch any time soon from what I can tell from their recruiting classes. Hopefully Smith and Malashevich can make some catches this year from their WR spots.
