By my quick count, we had 108 total starters of Big Ten teams in 2007, a slight dip to 103 in 2008, and back to 108 this year. Wide receivers were at 8 in 07 and 08, and 9 this year, with all of those years counting three at Northwestern.
Non offensive linemen starters on offense were 26 in 07, 27 in 08 and 29 this year. Seven of the teams fall within the 9 to 11 starter range. Virtually all teams have from three to five white offensive linemen starting. The exception to all this of course is Illinois, with only four white starters total.
