Here are the projected white starters for Auburn this year. They had 6 in 2008. It looks like Auburn is going really dark now. They once again have a coal black defense.

If they don't start their excellent White DT, they are insanely stupid.

Chris Todd has been named the starting QB for this season. So Auburn's number improves by one.
I never had any doubt about this one. I saw most of Tulsa's games. Malzahn's offense demands accuracy above all else. Kodi Burns lacks the ability to get within 20 yards of anything he's throwing at.

Thanks Riddlewire, sorry I didn't see that earlier. Burns switched to WR also. Tommy Trott is starting at TE too, so Auburn is starting a whooping 5 white tigers. The defense is still coal black as always.

How is Ziemba looking? I think he can be a first round Tackle when he comes out.

DL - Zach Clayton - is being used as a DE this year and he plays quite a bit

Linebacker, Adam Herring, started against Mississippi State but I only saw the end of the West Virginia game so I don't know who started.

True frosh TE - Philip Lutzenkirchen - got his first college TD against Mississippi State.

i am wondering what is going on with sophomore cornerback Drew Cole. he is a tremendous athlete and was highly touted coming out of high school, despite his debilitating skin condition. i understand that he's been moved to "his natural position" at safety ... of course... but i read somewhere that he's backing up a true freshman. i don't recall him seeing the field, but i might have missed him on special teams ...

"weird," huh?

JC i would say that Drew Cole might have made the worst decison of his life, is that fair to say? I remember him coming out of high school he ran a frickin 4.4 forty! How can they honestlyjustify putting a 5'11 180 lb kid at safety? If he can dig himself out of the gravein Auburn he should transfer immediately.

It looks like Auburn has a White receiver (from the JC ranks) who may have been a walk-on. He's originally from Bozeman, Montana.

There's a picture of Jay Wisner celebrating with Lutzenkirchen after Lutz gets his first college TD. I watched one of the FOX Sports recasts of that game and knew that I had to do some homework on Jay Wisner.

He has 2 catches for 40 yards so far.

EDIT: He is a White Athlete!! http://jcfootball.scout.com/a.z?s=87&p=8&c=1&nid=4210091Edited by: Deadlift

I was wondering if Jay Wisner was going to be benched during the conference schedule, but he did have 1 catch for 16 yards against Tennessee.

Auburn runs the ball a lot. It's good to see that Wisner is still being used.
