For some reason this movie really bothers me. It paints the picture of 3 nerdy caucasian highschool seniors who throw a huge party so they can "become legends" and "have a chance with girls they never had a shot at". All I see on the preview is these idiots trying to jive to some rap while burning down their parents house and getting highly intoxicated. While this movie may be funny on some sort of level, I really hope kids don't take it seriously or believe that it is realistic in any way. And all the while we sit and wonder why we as a country are slipping in education, economy etc....movies like this don't exactly motivate young whites to go for sports, train hard and stay dedicated either!

I also saw a repulsive commercial for this inane film. The script is fairly standard stuff. A gaggle of nerdy white omega-male teens (the only kind of white teenager depicted in modern films) able to “rise above” their deficient genetics, “score” with women and “impress” their high school chum(p)s by engaging in hardcore boozing, ingesting illegal drugs, listening to Negro music and literally burning their parents’ home to the ground.

Alpha merely means successful and that can change with time, an Alpha today might have been an omega 200 years ago or vice versa. Even from high school or college into real life it can change. When I watched "Star Trek" as a kid I always wonderd what the Klingons were all about. What was their culture and thinking like and why there were that way. I would like to make, or see a movie made, about a war from their point of view, that would delve into their culture and way of thinking. I would call it simply "Klingon."

I should start another thread called " Jewish Hollywood Nepotism " but 2 of these 3 nerdy teens are Jewish.

Its Jewish people like Judd Apatow that stock their unfunny movies with other Jewish actors though they only take up 2% of the population.

I saw " Knocked UP " and I think about 80 % of the cast was Jewish including Seth Rogen, Paul Rudd, and 5 out of the 6 stoner computer geeks were Jewish as well.
