2014 NBA Playoffs

So it looks like we want Memphis, Houston, Golden State and Dallas in the first round. San Antonio actually has more white players then the Mavs, but I will be rooting for Dirk since he is a still-playing White basketball legend. The whites on the Western Conference teams are:
Memphis - Gasol, Miller, Calathes, Koufos, Leuer, and Udrih
Houston - Parsons, Asik, Motiejunas, Casspi
San Antonio - Ginobilli, Bellinelli, Splitter, Bonner, and Baynes
Golden State - Lee, Bogut (if he's not injured), Blake, Nedovic, Kuzmic
Dallas - Dirk, Calderon
The East really doesn't matter, but we should be pulling for Chicago.

Right Riggins44, we should pull heavily for Chicago...
Chicago-Dunleavy and Hinrich start, with Fredette coming off the bench, sometimes.
Charlotte should be next with McRoberts starting and Cody Zeller and Luke Ridnour getting minutes off the bench. Ridnour did start a few games.
Then Toronto-Valnciunas, Hansbrough, Novak, De Colo, and Vasquez, I think, not sure what he is?
Brooklyn- Mason Plumlee, Teletovic, and Kirilenko

Valanciunas went 17/18, but Toronto loses to Brooklyn.

Warriors beat Clippers 109-105. Lee finishes with 20/13
Redick 22 points through 3, but didn't take one 4th quarter shot, insane!

I found myself pulling for the Raptors just because I really like Valanciunas. He is such an exciting
young player and he is very athletic. The kid plays above the rim and is a beast on the boards. Either the
Raptors or the Nets are fair to our guys though so I won't be too upset. Besides, the Nets will pose more problems
for a team like the Heat in the 2nd Round. I would love to see Miami lose.
Redick was sensational despite being ignorred when it mattered the most. I was rooting for Golden State though as they
are far more fair to our guys and they have been for decades if my memory serves me right. It will be a good series.

For me it's a toss up between Toronto and Brooklyn. Brooklyn has I think has 1 more white player, but doesn't start any of them.
Toronto starts Valanciunas. Vasquez, (still not sure what he is, but he's definitely not black), gets a lot of PT, also Hansbrough gets minutes.

Great Win by Memphis. If they can eliminate Oklahoma City that would be a tremendous victory for our side. The Memphis whites outscored those of OKC 39-2.

Atlanta wins again over heavily favored Indiana. The Hawks got 20 points from Kyle Korver. What a game. They are now up 2 games to 1!
Memphis and OKC are in overtime. Another really good game. We will have to see how it ends.

Nick Calathes suspended 20 games for violating league’s anti-drug policy. Beno Udrih has taking his place.
Memphis with a great win last night. They have got to stop blowing these 4th quarter leads but they showed a lot of composure and toughness by being able to come back. Seems like Memphis has the Thunder's number in the playoffs. They eliminated them last year as well as a few years back when the Grizzlies made the conference finals. This despite the fact that all the media keep telling us that OKC is "so much more talented"

It wasn't for rogaine it was for tamoxifen. It's used to block estrogen.

I'll be honest. The only team I am vaguely interested in winning the title is Dallas. A dominant Alpha is the only thing that makes a statement in my book. Or rather its requisite for me to be invested in a team at all. At least at this point. Otherwise its watching a movie with a black lead and one or two goofy white sidekicks.
I'll start to pay attention if the Mavericks get a couple rounds deep…though this was not supposed to be their year, so not holding my breath. And the Spurs are a tough first round opponent even if they are now up a game.
