But now they are getting "highest ranked" recruiting classes! The boosters, alumni and DWFs that follow this garbage are thrilled! No matter that they are now a .500 team and get blown out in their bowl games.
Sounds like Wisconsin football lol.

You are spot on. The masses gobble up the recruiting rankings and now the portal rankings.

Not too crazy about Brannon Spector leaving Clemson. We already lost Shipley.

Great move by Reese Poffenbarger. Hopefully he can help the Hurricanes. I imagine he must have a good chance to
fight for the starting job!

The black Washington St QB pulls his name out of the draft after receiving just a Shrine bowl invite and decided to go to Miami. He was not nearly as good as the media will make him out to be. Compare him at Washington St to Garner Minshew and Minshew was the better player. The below article states that Ward is known for his mobility which he actually is not. He also has a penchant for fumbling the ball - 46 in his career up to this point. Anyways, all summer the narrative will be that the "U" is back.

Cam Ward has doubled back on his plans to enter the NFL draft, committing to Miami.

On New Year’s Day, the Washington State transfer quarterback declared for the NFL draft, but did not hire an agent. By making that move, returning to college was still an option. Nearly two weeks later, he’s announced plans to play at Miami.

The grad transfer will be immediately eligible to play for Mario Cristobal and the Hurricanes in 2024. A former no-star recruit, Ward thrived the past two seasons on The Palouse, throwing for over 6,300 yards and 43 touchdowns. Known for his mobility, he was ranked as the No. 1 quarterback in this year’s transfer portal, according to On3’s Industry Rankings.

Viewed as the top quarterback on the market, he picked the Canes over Florida State. Louisville, USC, Nebraska and Washington, among others, expressed interest along the way. He visited Coral Gables and South Beach, too, spending a night with Cristobal and Rick Ross at Prime 112.

Viewed by many coaches as a “baller,” the Incarnate Word star turned Washington State starter is 24−18 in 42 career starts. He gives Miami its next starting quarterback, stepping in for Tyler Van Dyke who transferred to Wisconsin.

Miami had hosted Kansas State transfer Will Howard, who ultimately committed to Ohio State, before bringing in Cam Ward, but the Washington State transfer had always been the top target for the Hurricanes.

Pope back home is sweet! Caste aside at Alabama. To play DB there your name has to be Vinny Sunseri and your dad the DC lol.

Smart decision for the 5 Star early commit who has been at Alabama for all of a week. DeBoer is bringing in a quota from UW. It seems that White kids typically stick around during a coaching regime change so it's great to see 2 White Alabama QBs leave the program. Their are two more White QBs on the depth chart that need to get out.

Kienholz should have never went there from the start! He had better opportunities elsewhere to get on the field. Hope the coeds were worth it.

Gotta say I am thoroughly shocked Ryan Day has turned honkey friendly at QB.

Don't worry they have a black qb with the name of "Air" coming in this year too.

Post spring game transfer portal is pretty funny. The more I observe this portal it's chock full of blacks that all have hood delusions of becoming NFL players. They jump from school to school with their 3/4/5 star rankings and most do not live up to the billing (most of the ones that stay with a program do not either). I can understand that White kids are just trying to find a somewhat fair opportunity in the portal when compared with the deluge of black players that jump ship when the current program they are with realizes that the player is not in their plans. The ratio of blacks to Whites in the portal looks like its 80/20 and that's being generous.

Anyways here are a few transfers coming out of spring practice:

Christian Veilleux to Ga State

QB Blake Boda to Arkansas

OL James Brockermeyer to TCU

That's an interesting observation. In caste world style, the white players are still clawing and scratching for a program that will let them showcase their ability while the privileged black players who have been praised and recruited since Pop Warner football are amazed that their "wiggle", "length", "long arms", "mouthwatering upside", "room brightening smile", "(insert black-only invented quality here)", etc. are not enough.
