I found him while looking at rivals and scout. He must is pretty good, and will only get better. He already as offers from four schools. Strangely, Uncle Butch's Tar Heels and the U are included in the schools that have offered him.

I'd like to see Tanner play at Rutgers. He's a Jersey kid and they have shown that they play whites at skill positions.

Hopefully he can get his 4.7 40 time down. I don't know if it is an official time, but at 6'5 even a 4.6 could be enough to help him be a dominant receiver. At that size he can be physical and get up and snatch the ball in traffic, even when he hasn't broken free significantly. I'm guessing this kid is quick and agile for his size and has great hands! I second your Rutgers opinion Freethinker.
