Oklahoma rb Andrew Long who has had a long standing offer from Air Force now has an offer from Louisiana Tech. Tech used 2nd string rb Ray Holley a bit last year so it seems they maybe trying to go the way of Tulsa and actually trying to get whiter at some skill positions.
