From the Michigan high school Rivals site, on the best running back in the state ...

RB Joe Glendening (East Grand Rapids) - It's hard to imagine one high school football player doing more for his team than Joe Glendening. This kid was an absolute machine for the past three years, helping his team win three State Championships and tying the record for most career State Finals TDs with 11. For whatever reason, Joe has not gotten the recruiting attention he deserves, but he could be the next Jimmy Berezik (DeLaSalle RB from two years ago who is now starting for Grand Valley). Perhaps colleges would rather see him play defense, but this kid has done everything he's been asked and more. Any college coach unwilling to take a second look at Joe is making a mistake.
