Hillis just gained another 8 yrds, but was taken out of the game and Wallace and Cribbs just flopped on 3 and 2.
Hillis was hurt on the previous play. Nothing serious, but it was probably the right move to hold him out for that play.

S.Wallace can not throw the deep ball. He keeps throwing the ball out of bounds. Even the announcers are talking about how he contines to do this. I feel bad for Hillis and alot of the Browns. They played hard but are probably going to lose. They need one more defensive stop. The Browns also need a better starting qb.

Flacco and co. are just humiliating afflete Eric Wright (21), CB of the Browns. Wright has been torched for 3 TD's and has looked lost out there. Flacco is connecting left and right against him.

Hillis had 180 yds today with 144 rushing. WOW! Coupled with Wallace's mediocre play, Flacco's super game, greasing the Browns' CB Eric Wright for 3 TD's, proved to be the difference today and Baltimore persevered over the Browns with a 24-21 win.

NFL Game Day Scoreboard just covered the Ravens/Browns game without a single mention of Hillis. The player stats they showed didn't list Hillis' stats.

Of course, they are almost orgasmic over Charlie Batch's 12/17 passing performance.

Unbelievable. Hillis just had a record-setting day against the Ravens.

180 total yards for Hillis against Baltimore and its vaunteddefenseis fantastic. So is Woodhead being used and shining. We've had4 Whites running the ball today withKuhn yet to come on Monday night. Let's put in perspective, this is a very nice day, the best in a long time forWhite RBs.

I think the Browns fans will revolt if Hillis doesn't remain the main back. Delhomme should be back by next game.

Agreed. I bet his jersey sales start taking off there too. He proved he was no fluke at Denver and McWigger now has egg on his face. How's "NoShow" Moreno, LenWhale White and the other RB's working out for you, McWigger? Are you going to blame your new offensive line for their lack of performance now too, or what?

Just heard horseface shannon sharpe say there was no way the Ravens should have given up that many yards to Peyton Hillis. What a clown.

Yes, this is the best day for White backs I can remember.

I hope John Kuhn gets to run the ball some tomorrow night as well. I didn't get to watch any of our guys run the ball today, but I will be looking for Kuhn on Monday night.

Amazing to see a slow white running back break of runs of 25 and 48 yards against the great affletic defense of the Ravens. Hillis was expected to have a very poor game since they were playing Baltimore. He's outplayed Jerome Harrison too much to not become the starter.

He should be down on his knees multiple times every single day thanking his god for allowing him to be one of the most ridiculous beneficiaries of affirmative actionever.Edited by: Don Wassall

He said they can't be happy with giving up that many yards to a FULLBACK, Peyton Hillis. Just shows you the stuff they say is mostly pre-scripted and even former players aren't even paying attention to what happens in the game, just reading the director puts on the teleprompter. If he did pay any attention he'd realize Peyton was not used as a fullback in the game rather was at the tailback position all game.

Any word on Toby's fumble? That's too bad as we all know whites have a short leash and Gerhart has not been given very many opportunities in Minnesota so far. Let's just hope it was a fluke, much like Hillis' fumble a couple weeks ago and he will get another opportunity and rebound.

Yeah Electric Slide I saw and heard what Shannon "donkey face" Sharp stated about Hillis being a fullback rather than the tail back he played and excelled at all day against the Ravens. He was incredilous that a white fullback was able to run for 144 yards against his elk. F him.

Ironically, this morning I told a Broncos fan at church that Denver should have kept Hillis! WOW what a day for Hillis!

Well I guess being called a fullback is better than what they called him last week when he was running the ball, they kept saying "back up fullback". Someone said he was injured? Does anyone know if he is alright? At this pace he should definetly crack 1,000 yards if the coaches keep giving him the ball. I knew he would finally get into that groove he had, like in the Jets game in 2008.
He was already doing good busting off nice 10 yard runs the first 2 games, but once he finds his rythym and runs a little looser he starts getting bigger runs. If he does get a decent amount of carries, I think he might get close to the record, for yards per carry for a primary runningbackin a single season (one with at least 100 carries). The way he runs, he already averages 4+ yards per carry without breaking off a 20+ yard run, but now that he is breaking off big runs that goes up to 6.5, I think he even averaged 7 ypc at one point in 08. Im not sure what the record is, I know a white man is 3rd place with 6.03, Hokie Gajan.

edit: just looked it up, Mecury Morris is 1st with 6.4 and Barry Sanders is 2nd with 6.13 and Gajan 3rd with 6.03. I really think Hillis can get around that, not only does he have the speed to break off big runs, he always gets positive yards even on plays he should lose yards, and gets yards after contact. He might not get 6.4 but I think he can get around 6 ypc for the season.Edited by: snow
