I for one agree that Vitali is one of the top three heavies in the world (none of whom are black), but I also think that people won't be satisfied with him until Lewis finally comes out of retirement to get his face turned into hamburger. Of course Lewis is smarter (or more frightened) than that. And even if Vitali knocked out Lewis (aka the most boring fighter of all time) Weegroes would still make excuses.

Any white athletic success is like a finger pointing back on wiggroids: what have YOU done, Schlomo?

Better to think it's impossible' it's much easier than putting in the work.

Beating Lewis now would mean nothing. It would be like beating Tyson.

It would be much better to demolish the latest Great Black Hope David Haye.

Agreed, simply because nothing could ever satiate their lust to tear the Klitschko's down in the eyes of the peon masses.

I really can't believe Betty Atlas actually picked a Klitschko brother to win....hopefully it's not the kiss of death, as Atlas is wrong about 80% of the time. Maybe even a caste rat like Atlas is finally coming around to the obvious fact that the K-brothers are out-of-this-world talented.

The problem is, they keep winning...making the lie harder and harder to sell. It seems like even the media is getting pissed at the endless supply of generic black american "fighters." Oh wait, the stick figures playing in the NBA "could' be the HW champs...

It's not so much that the critics will never be satisfied it's that Lewis is like 42 yrs old or something.

Lewis will not come out of retirement. He refused to give Vitali a rematch 5 years ago so why would he now. He is much older now and would be no competition for Klitschko. He knows better.

Since Lewis is black he could retire after a controversial win and face no backlash from the media. Yet a guy like Calzaghe beats everyone in his way and ducks noone but still is put down constantly.

Very smart by ESPN to change the start time and channel for this fight the last second.

This is like back in the day, a Saturday afternoon championship fight on TV.

What's worse than fighting Dr. Steelhammer? Fighting Dr. Steelhammer's big brother!

Anyone have any info on links for the fight. I don't have ESPN of any kind on my very limited cable package.

It's awesome that ESPN is showing this fight live tonight at 6pm eastern and then again at 7pm. Finally the part of America that doesn't have HBO or buy ppv's get to see a Klitchko fight.
