Aviva this year? Fun to see Roger Black, Iwan Thomas and Jason Gardener running the home straights on this relay, only 100 metres and I bet the retired 400 runners are glad of that.

Jeepers, JOhn Regis was the last runner for yellow. He certainly looks a long way from sub20/200 shape
