Just took a quick look of Black Rivals top 100 class of 2013, which just came out and found a staggering 22 white players, which includes two I'm guessing about who had no photos. I'm guessing this is actually pretty good for Rivals, and the list did include several whites on defense, though no D-backs of course and did have one white WR.
