since some time I have that my leg muscle get tired very easily.I liked to play semi pro soccer and do some athletics but now i can't anymore the docters don't know what to do.

I went to fysio-docter with my problems and he said maybe it comes from a trapped nerve from your back and he did crack my back and neck and now I have now for a couple of months pain in my back.I am 21 but i feel like 80 years old ,im depressed

WB, can you still train your legs? If not squats, then leg press, quad extension, ham-curls, etc.? If not, then maybe try swimming as an alternate means of training the legs. Back in the day (10+ years ago), I used to train everything pretty hard (powercleans, deadlifts, heavy squats,etc.). These days (in my late 30s), I still train...but not as hardcore or heavy.

no i can't rain my legs and my back ca't take squats and so also not,but i still have hope in that my back maybe recovers, the docter caused it with the cracking of my back(it is difficult for me to say in english)

About the swimming thanks man! I never thinked about it and now I think it is a great idea so can i still do a bit sport, and maybe it's good for my back.
I now that you train Dixiedestroyer your body in the gym,you are representing the white strength:)
If my back recovers i will train in the gym and maybe try also carefully a bit to train my legs but they give also very fast muscle pain next to that they get tired patheticly fast since 1.5 years.

Ever heard of a tens device? Its a little electrical stimulator, you put little electrodes on your lower back, and it contracts them. This helped me against back problems a few years ago. It works great on lower back, but upper also. Through football, army bunk beds, powerlifting and moving ( carrying couches and dishwashers), this little gizmo has been a staple in my injury recovery programm.
I HIGHLY recommend it. My roomate plays football and hes always borrowing it.

WB, glad to be of help. Perhaps you might also try a Chiropractor. I had problems in my upper back a few years ago, and had good results. Also, try to focus on rehabilitating your back (first), and then re-gaining strength. Try not to become too frustrated as you work through this ordeal. I had a bad concussion in January, and had to stay out of the gym a few weeks. It was frustrating, but I got through it. Hang in there partner!

Chris371,I will try to save some money and if my back keeps hurting i will try it out! thanks white brother:)

Dixie, yes i know chiropracter can be good I now people for who it was very helpfull but not fot me.With the cracking of my back I did mean the chiropracter( i didn't know the word was the same) I think it is good if you have back problems and maybe because i didn't had back problems it was not good.back maybe getted to loose at least something wend wrong..After he did it one time and i went back i few days later he said that my back was less tight then others after six times.I told him that it hurted but he said that it is common that it hurt for a few days but it can also feel good from the beginn, start.this was in December and now my back still hurts and sometimes very much like a month ago a few days and now for 1.5 weeks a lot so i am worried about that. The reson the fysio-chiropractor did it was because he tought that maybe my leggs got very fast tired because of a blocked nerve in my back but now I have back + legg problems.I try to not be too much frustrated but it is difficult.Yes i try to give my back good rest and rehabilitation and swimming and hope it will heal well and then exercising. Thanks a lot for your help brother.

I had terrible pain in my back about a year ago. I posted in the lifestyle forum about it. I was so stressed!! I couldn't lift any weights. I basically had a torn ligament in my trapezius muscle. I took a lot of baths in Epsom Salt and lifted very light weights for a while. Somehow my pain went away and I am perfect now. I was very lucky and I hope the best for you to buddy. By the way i was so stressed because at that time I couldn't even bench press just the 45 lb bar.

Physiotherapy, massages, and stretching exercises are part of my recovery program too. Just try everything. Hot showers, muscle/tendon gels, massage, stretching ( youtube search back stretches), maybe a physio can loan you a tens device, my physio did too. Try everything there is.

Also I would recommend taking Advil. That's what I took when I had my tore my traps and it helped as well. It's anti-inflammatory so it can be benficial.

waterbad,

Sir, may I suggest you become a walker. The thing is to get outdoors.
Stay outdoors as much as possible in "all" weather "every" day. Walk for miles. I'm a walker and I've had dead legs too. Just keep walking. It'll all come back.

Maybe it is found know:)
A orthomelculair therapeut found that i have Glutamine deficieny( other docters didn't take my serious becuase couldn't find anything , thought it was in my head)).Mine is a quarter of what is normal.I am happy but nervous too, I hope the glutamine and amino acids with MSM will help.I have had problems in my muscles for 2.5 years and lost I think like 15% of my natural muscles, don't know if I ever will be like my natural build again or that my body type is changed for always but if the muscle pain or unbelievable tired muscles with tenditis everywhere goes away I would be very very happy:)

Keep faith my friend. Part of getting better is the mental part. You need to believe that you are healing. It's just as important as the treatment. I'm not sure if you believe in God or not. If you do I would also recommend you pray for a return to full health so that you can eventually play sports again. The doctors help but God does the healing. Good luck bro.
