For any of you into fitness but find gyms annoying. Try the book convict conditioning by Paul wade. Worth a look. The man knows what he is talking about

It's a serious workout for sure, very gymnastics-minded. I watched one of the videos: some of the exercises are accessible enough, but overall really not suitable for a "man of stature" such as myself.

Alternatively, I've had a lot of fun and success this past year doing DDP Yoga, which accommodates a much lower entry point. It's still "manly" and scales up in difficulty as needed.

Glad you checked it out. I think if you pick up the book you’ll find you can ease into it. Fascinating read regardless

Convict conditioning? That looks like a workout of many hours. Of course, they have nothing but time, but a body requires quite a bit of protein to keep that up. Does a prison offer that?

If you read it, it’s a very progressive and time efficient workout. The book is 30 bucks or so. The ideas of building strength he talks about (and the men who have) would resonate with a lot of the people who post here I think. It’s basic idea is body weight conditioning and almost no equipment to build strength and overall athletic skill.
