Thanks Leonardfan.

Beau Bisharat offered by Stanford

Sure thing Dolphin15. Your work on the recruitment (or lack thereof) has been eye opening. Both you and Vanilla_sky do a great job covering high school players.

Thanks for the update on Beau.

Five to watch. Also looks like a Bama offer might be coming for Bisharat. I'm sure they would want him at LB. I really hope he finds a place where they will let him play RB. Not sure where that might be though.

Keith Batkowski- Plays RB for Montoursville high in Pennsylvania. He rushed for 2,232YD’s and 26TD’s. Smaller but very quick and tough runner. He has no offers. http://www.hudl.com/athlete/4371543

Jaden Rhea- Plays RB for Monrovia high in Indiana. He rushed for 2,120YD’s and 22TD’s. Slender built but has good speed. He has no offers. http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1488281

Jacob Earl- Plays RB for North Vermillion high in Indiana. They were state champs. He rushed for 2,100YD’s and 34TD’s. Damn good football player. He has no offers. http://www.hudl.com/athlete/3334601/

Nick Santavicca- Plays RB for Yorktown High in New York. He rushed for 1,726YD’s and 13TD’s. Smaller but has good speed. He has no offers. http://www.hudl.com/athlete/3054321

Nolan Eriksen- Plays RB for Clarkston high in Michigan. He ran for 1,697YD’s and 26TD’s. They were state champs in Michigan’s Division 1, which I believe is the biggest class. He is very fast and explosive. He has no offers. http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1730083

I took portions of this excellent thread, particularly Dolphin15's research, and turned it into an article on the CF homepage.

J.B. Cash's recent new material is on the homepage now also. Unfortunately all of the new articles have zero comments. I know it's repetitive, but for those coming across the site, it would make more of an impression if there were comments after the homepage articles, esp. now that Google and some other search engines no longer show the third world drug ads that plagued the site for so long.

Don, I wanted to comment on the JB Cash article. Do I have to create a separate username for commenting on articles? I was unable to leave a comment using my leonardfan username.

Registration for commenting on articles is a separate process, but you should be able to use the same username if you want.

Don. The article was great. I will keep the research coming. There is no shortage of white skill players that are dominating high school football.

Thank you so much for your research. That's what CF needs; anyone who reads it has to see the plain truth unless they are brain dead.

Don I agree. After they read the stats, if that isn't enough I hope they are watching the videos and seeing for their own eyes. That these white skill players are fast and athletic. And deserve scholarship offers for their athletic ability but won't because they are the wrong skin color.

Guys I really appreciate this thread! Not long ago I thought I was the only one who saw this trend in white kids being overlooked by the majority of big colleges. Then I find this site. I see it all the time here in Texas as well. Keep up the good work!

Beau Bisharat committed to stanford to play running back. He had offers from the likes of Oregon, Alabama, etc but they wanted him at LB

"Obviously, academically, Stanford is one of the best in the country," Bisharat said. "They want me to play running back. I love Coach (David) Shaw. It's just a perfect fit for me. The guys that go there come from the same kind of family as me too."Oregon was viewed as having an inside track because Bisharat's father, Charlie, was a running back for the Ducks in in the late 70's-early 80's, rushing for a career-high 313 yards and one touchdown in his final season in Eugene.
But the coaching staff made it clear early that the 6-foot-3, 205-pound prospect was a better fit at linebacker in Oregon's system, which became a deciding factor for Bisharat.
"That was pretty much the only reason, the biggest choice that swayed me away from there," he explained. "I've always played offense in high school. I haven't really played a whole lot of defense. I guess a lot of people switch, but I'm more comfortable playing offense and I think I'm better on offense. They were up there all the way, too, the whole way."

As someone who has seen Beau play in person multiple times it's absolutely ridiculous that anyone would want him to play linebacker, he is a natural at RB

That's great news! I wanted him to go somewhere we he could play RB, glad he wanted too. McCaffrey and Bisharat should be a good one, two punch in years to come!

Of course, Rivals lists him with the generic title of "Athlete".

An excerpt from an article from CardinalSportsReport.com on Rivals' site says:
"Listed as an athlete in the Rivals.com rankings, Bisharat is expected to play running back on The Farm. That's where approximately 75 percent of the schools involved in his recruitment liked him."

If that's the position that he played in high school and that's the position that Stanford intends to play him at (as well as 75% of the other schools that recruited him), then why does Rivals list him as an "Athlete"? A rhetorical question, I know.

It would be great to see some research on how often in college sports other than football, a star athlete at a position is recruited to play a different position than the one he starred in. It would also be interesting to see how often it happens to blacks in football vs. how often Whites are forced to switch from the position they excelled at, and how often it happens at RB, WR and CB compared to other positions such as OL. It defies common sense and can only be explained by a racial agenda to promote blacks and exclude whites at most football positions.

Too bad there isn't someone with deep pockets who would fund a class action lawsuit by white football players against the NCAA and the alleged "scouting services." It would have a great chance of prevailing, as long as a jury was picked that isn't brain-dead and as long as the plaintiffs understood that it would likely be dragged along in the system for as long as possible before getting to trial. But it's been proven time and again that no public figure or wealthy person has the cajones and integrity to defy the system.

I want to personally thank dolphin15 again. We cannot thank you enough for all that you do for this board. My biggest hope is that some more of these kids can be noticed. The time and effort you put in to find these kids cannot be overlooked. You are the mvp of this board football wise lately. Hope your around here for many, many years as we watch this sports message board grow.

Let's stay postiive guys. There are a few cracks in the damn. One of these days we are going to bust it down. We need more teams like New England in the NFL to help fight the stupid, racist stereotypes we face.

Keep up the great work my friend.
