I was searching for some white HBs on Scout and found Brandon. He runs a 4.43 40 time, he is 6-1, and weighs 200 lbs.

He is drawing interest from mostly 6 Big 12 teams and Arkansas. No one has offered him yet, but during his season I am pretty sure this young man will pick up a few offers.

He rushed for 2,420 yards and 29 touchdowns to earn All-Conference and All-Region honors.

Here is his

i can promise you one thing, he won't be offered by Arkansas. Petrino, the new head coach of the Razorbacks, is just as in love with the negro as Houston Nutt was. maybe even more so, if that's possible.

best of luck to young Bourbon. let's hope he gets better with age, just as the liquor is said to do.

He has an offer from Harvard :

from rivals.com

- Potosi (Mo.) High running back Brandon Bourbon has added his second scholarship offer, from Harvard. After receiving an early offer from Stanford, Bourbon (6-2/205) picked up the academic offer from Harvard this week. As a junior, Bourbon rushed for 2,400 yards and 29 touchdowns. He's also getting interest from Iowa, Missouri, Vanderbilt and some other Big 12 programs.

He has been offered by Kansas now, too.

Maybe Mangino will give him a chance, he has played Sharp. I don't trust Mangino though, with his recent recruiting class.

I don't trust Mangino either. He seems to be buying into black supremacy with his latest recruiting classes even though a big part of his coaching success has been due to his white speed position players along with athletic scrambling undersized white QB Todd Ressing.

Mangino needs to grow a spine and stay true to what brought Kansas out of being a cellar dweller in the Big 12 and that was very UNDERRATED white recruits like Sharp, Ressing, Meier etc.!

I was very aggravated Kansas brought former sex offender Crawford in last year at tailback. We saw how that worked out, Crawford has been declared ineligible this year for breaking team rules. When will these coaches learn a bad apple stays a bad apple unless their are clear signs otherwise. Crawford had poor academics as well and was the worst of the 3 RBs played last year performance wise anyway.

Brandon should go to BYU. He has to go somewhere that will play him. This kid looked absolutely amazing in his highlight video. I'd say, probably a slightly better version of Shane McCullen.

This guy can really run away from defenders with his speed, loses virtually no speed when making a cut through traffic and also breaks a lot of tackles too. He also has an amazing field sense of where to cut to daylight. This guy is an absolutely elite talent!

"A few players came in already holding FBS scholarship offers and they showed why they had them. Potosi (Mo.) running back Brandon Bourbon drove six hours and fought through a hamstring injury to turn in an outstanding showing. He measured in at a solid 6'1, 210-lbs and ran a 4.44 forty at that size. His 4.44 shuttle was also one of the top marks on the day. His combination of size and explosiveness made him tough to deal with in 1-1s. Already with five scholarship offers, Bourbon should pick up a few more this summer."

This kid is now about the same size as Tyler Gaffney- hope idiot Rivals doesn't list him as a FB. I also see some similarities to the lighter Shane McCullen with Brandon's elusive-speedy running style (but Brandon's more powerful). All three of these guys are over 6 foot, but have the wheels and can really make the defenders miss! His 4.44 40-time is great, but I hope he can get his shuttle time down below 4.2.

I now hope Brandon chooses Vanderbilt!

Brandon's shuttle time is consistantly better than a 4.2. At the chicago Nike SPARQ combine ESPN has him at 4.08. At an UNDERARMOUR combine in indiana he had a 3.97. Also at Yet another UNDERARMOUR combine in Atlanta georgia he had a 4.07.

Advancesports.org had a combine in stl and had him at 3.62?? National underclassmen has him at 4.05

The 3.62 has got to be a misprint or faulty timing. The NFL combine record in the short shuttle is 3.75 by Kevin Kasper. But those other numbers you listed are still very impressive.

let's hope this young man gets some better advice, or he will likely make a TERRIBLE decision ...

But when it comes to Ole Miss and Missouri running back Brandon Bourbon he's not shy about letting the Rebels know he's the one who's interested.

Bourbon, a 6-foot-2, 205 pound prospect with an impressive 4.4 forty yard dash, said on Tuesday that all the Rebels have to do is show some interest.

"I would love to check out Ole Miss," Bourbon said. "I wouldn't mind playing in the SEC at all. If they're interested, I'll definitely check them out."

He said that while he prefers to play running back in college, he would welcome an opportunity to play an H-back receiver role similar to the way Houston Nutt used Peyton Hillis at Arkansas before Nutt moved to Ole Miss.

here's the link to the full article. apparently, he's unaware of how horribly Houston Nutt treated Hillis, both as a running back and during the NFL Draft process, and of Nutt's long history of screwing over white athletes.

if anyone here knows Brandon, please pass the word along that playing for Houston Nutt would be a HUGE mistake. just ask Peyton Hillis how he was treated.

He doesnt mind being used as a battering ram? This is the problem we intsill in our players. He needs to have the attitude that he is a feature back otherwise he will be pushed around!!

Bourbon now holds 6 offers, now, K-State offering him. Northwestern is interested but hasn't offered him yet. I hope Brandon chooses BYU or Northwestern.

If Ole Miss and Stanford are interested in him, I'm going with history on this one (Toby Gerhart) and saying he'll end up at Stanford before Ole Miss. Of course, Northwestern, Missouri, or Vanderbilt would also be nice.

The rumor is that he will soon commit to Stanford. Would have liked to see him at BYU myself...
