AJ Glass was completely ignored by every Division One program despite arguably being the best back in Oregon AND measuring in at 6-feet, 191-pounds with 4.55 speed in the 40 and a 35-inch vertical.

Glass ran for over 3,500 yards and more than 50 touchdowns in just a little over a season and a half as the featured back at Jesuit.

also an elite safety, Glass broke his collarbone when he landed awkwardly after making an acrobatic interception midway through the 4th game of his senior season. he had already racked up over 1,300 yards and 19 touchdowns in those 4-and-a-half games. he returned for their playoff run, but missed 5 full games during his senior year.

for his career, he averaged nearly 200 rushing yards per game. as a junior, he ran for 2,006 yards and 25 touchdowns.

he will be playing at Princeton in the fall, but "for some reason" his only offers to play football came from Ivy League schools. "weird," huh?

Thanks Jimmy C...wanted to start a AJ Glass thread months ago!

It is weird...no doubt in my mind this big-time talent at his powerhouse HS is simply the wrong color...even in the Great Northwest! Plenty of offers would be coming(including the Ducks & Beavers) if he were not so melanin defecient! Figured AJ Glass would at least get a chance w Boise State?? Or a perpetually struggling Washington State who struggled with affletic RB's anyway...

Princeton huh?? Maybe Glass can follow old school Keith Elias ex-Princeton/brief stint w/ NY Giants!!
