This poor woman has somthing bad wrong with her, but back when i was bodybuilding
i found that you have to fool your body to get your weight really low,
it's not so much how many calories you eat, but when and howyou eat them,
back then, i would go on a low calorie diet, trying to trimdown before a contest,
after about two weeks i would go crazy! and stuff myself, but over the next week my body fat would go down not up, if youtry to tolda lowcalorie diet your body will just start fighting you,
you gotta fool that part of your mind and body into believing you are eating a lot,
and it's not really that hard to do......Edited by: lost

I find that you can eat a ton of food as long as it's very high protein and not really gain much fat. Protein takes a longer time for the body to digest.
