Since 2006 Miami started 4, 4, 2, 4, 2, 4, 5, 3, 4, 4, 3, 3, 4, 2 and 2 whites. In 2021 they look two start 2 whites.

Joke of a program and has been for many years. "Return of da U" - the same tune played every year for the last decade plus. No doubt it will be more of the same this season. Let's see how many times the midget black quarterback is referred to as a 1st round pick during broadcasts during the season.

Players to look out for QB Tyler Van Dyke, QB Jake Garcia, LB Ryan Ragone.

Offense
TE - Will Mallory
C - Corey Gaynor

Defense
None

Van Dyke was really impressive last year. The ACC should be pretty wide open this year. Van Dyke needs to be interjected into the best QB in the country conversation.

Miami sophomore QB Tyler Van Dyke is having an impressive spring according to head coach Mario Cristobal.

Cristobal has been full of praise for Van Dyke (6'4"/224) this spring, saying at one point, "I think he is going to be if not the best, one of the best [quarterbacks] in the country." Van Dyke was the 2021 ACC Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2021 after throwing for 2,931-25-6 in 10 games while completing 62.3% of his passes. Under Van Dyke, the Hurricanes went 6-3 and earned bowl eligibility before a COVID-19 breakout kept them from participating in the Tony the Tiger Sun Bowl. Earlier this offseason, ESPN's Adam Rittenberg ranked Miami's QB situation as the sixth best in the nation heading into this season, further adding to Van Dyke's hype.
