A lot of love given to Iowa.....They’re playing well.....
The replay of this past weekends game is on espnU now....
Made me think of Samson Evans....
Highly recruited kid, looks like he will redshirt........Good
He’s listed on the espn roster as a WR, but all articles I’ve read is he will be a RB.
He was a Jordan Lynch type qb in high school and had an offer from NI...
This team will be real fun to watch with this guy.....

I saw a number 38 returning kicks for Stanford vs Arizona St......
No number 38 on their roster....running back stature...
Anyone know of this guy?

It would be nice if number 38 was a new shiny white player but indeed that was WR Trent Irwin who changes his number from 2 to 38 because of special teams number duplications.

Irwin had a decent game but they never air it out to him which annoys the hell out of me. The lead announcer thinks he is NFL material but the caste clown interjected that "Irwin isn't a dynamic athlete but runs good routes." Gee where have we heard that cliché before?

Irwin is hard to judge because that boring offense he is in doesn't allow him many opportunities but if it was up to me he I believe he should be drafted. But it is not up to me.

Solid Write up Shadowlight! You pretty much covered it all... Thanks foe mentioning all of the defenders too(Mizzou LB Cale Garrett had 12 tackles vs. Bama). The roller coaster of up's & downs..you were looking for some breakout players. WR's Nagel & Miller were #1 & #2 in Week Seven in All of CFB!

Thanks 22 for the wrap!

I wonder about breakout freshman? Just not a big year for it I guess.

Below is a list of WRs, in no particular order, who deserve to get a Combine invite and get drafted. Beggars wishes but I think all of them are more than deserving albeit Cody Thompson's numbers have taken a dramatic downturn. For now I am leaving out small school Neil O'Connor because I am not familiar with him but that could change over time. Why there is no buzz on Scott Miller is more than a mystery.

Jesper Horsted

David Sills

Cody Thompson

Andy Isabella

Scott Miller

Hunter Renfrow

Trent Irwin

Flynn Nagel

Chris Finke
