Besides Christophe Lemaitre there has been no other white man technically to break 10. Every black guy or lots of white guys say that blacks are just simply faster. Is there an argument I can make here? I know since not many white guys have broken 10 but many run awfully close. If we did a world average of white, blacks, and asians would whites average be faster? Also what about the 200 and 400 overall as well. I dont have statistics where I can prove people wrong. Or have a clear argument...
