Iowa State LB Jake Hummel gets an INT off a tipped pass. Clemson LB Keith Maguire got a tipped INT right after but there was a penalty.

He was just a horse collar tackle away from breaking a big one. He'll get his in the future. As you said he's going to be a great one. Has 114 total yards.
The Freyler kid is going to be a great safety. Should have an NFL career.

Shipley is still well over 100 yards combined with rushing and receiving. Let'see if he can finish off the game strong. He is so similar to Cmac.

Shipley with 61 yards rushing and 53 receiving, as a true freshman in a Bowl game. Sky is the limit for him next season.

North Carolina has given up 220 yards in 1st quarter! Don't worry though they have a Top 10 recruiting Class on their way full of super affletes!!!!

Duke's Mayo Bowl finally drawing to a conclusion. Thankfully we don't have to watch Golic Jr's fatass dip anything else in Mayo to eat.

Just finished up some work and dinner to see Purdue beat Tennessee. Surprised to not see any activity here about this game. White QB, RB and WR for Purdue against an all black Tennessee team. Anyone watching college football this evening? Michigan State now playing Pittsburgh.

O'Connell five TD passes. Horvath 58 yards rushing and 21 yards receiving. Anthrop five receptions for 74 yards. TE Payne Durham five receptions 85 yards and 2 TD's.

The site was down for a little while for me. Caught most of the second half of the Purdue - Tenn game. Glad to see Purdue win it in the end. Payne Durham's catch and run for the TD was great and really showed the terrible defensive play of the Volunteers - he made the secondary look foolish!

Site was down for me too, tried to come on to make some posts but couldn’t. One of the most entertaining football games I’ve ever seen, the defensive guys on both sides forgot that tackling was a part of defense, not just turnovers!

Glad Purdue pulled out the win. They were the beneficiary of a questionable goal line stand call at the end, which could have been prevented by better team tackling. I would have liked to see the younger Karlaftis brother get a little run at linebacker, although he might have been keeping his redshirt at this point in the season.

Nice comeback for MSU capped by a pick six from lunchpail workhouse redshirt freshman Cal Haladay! Under recruited as a 3-star and has a bright future in front of him. Haladay was honorable mention all-conference this season.

Zander Horvath looked solid today! Getting the Alstott comparisons from announcers .....skin color & #40......Horvath is 6'-3" 230 ...more like old school Brad Muster ; Alstott was 6'-1 250+
