Those Disney employees know the deal beforehand. It's usually part of the contract they sign with their employer. And yes Americans are usually better workers than Indians but if the only thing you're looking at is the bottom line then it's definitely more efficient to pay a foreigner less than half of what you pay an American, even if the quality of work isn't as good. True, but a player cannot help the hype to be fair imo. He's managed an ordinary, if below average, career. I think absent the caste system Bush is not a Bust in the traditional sense of being a total failure as a player, but caste hype pushes him into the bust category.
