Yates though a rookie should do well,he has talent and arm strength and unlike Gabbert and Mccoy he has good recievers to throw to.Barwin is having a huge game a potential breakout game at his new position.

What a difference Peyton Hillis makes. The Cleveland Browns are winning 17-7 and Hillis has run the ball 10 times for 42 yards. He is clearly the only stud running back that the Browns have. Not only does he run hard but he like Tebow inspires his teammates to play harder. Most of the time he leads by example and his powerful play is contagious. So good to see him back but I just hope they continue to give him plenty of rest and not try to have him do too much too soon. Hamstring injuries are very hard to come back from.

Looking forward to the Denver and New England Games later on today.

I like Yates he has great potential. I think he may be the future of the Texans. At N. Carolina he was great with a bunch of afroleates around him. In Huston he should develop quite nicely.

Can you all imagine what Tebow could do with a D. Williams, J. Stewart, G. Olsen, J. Shockey? It's just stupid that C. Newton can't seem to win anything.

Tebow doesn't need them. He just needs for his coach to stick with what works. Last week, John Fox, after Denver's first series, completely abandoned the option-heavy offense which had been successful for several games. They used that garbage Pro-I for the rest of the game and Denver struggled to make a first down. With Elway constantly denigrating Tebow's abilities, it wouldn't be out of bounds to suggest that he ordered the offensive switch.
The Broncos could set the NFL on fire if they would adopt much more of the advanced spread concepts that dominate the college game. And Tebow would be getting the accolades that are heaped upon weekly loser Scum Newton.

I agree with you here sir, what I was trying to point out was the line of reasoning that the DWF's would use if the situations were reversed. Another on point post riddle.

Two punt returns in the St Louis / Arizona game - the Nick Miller punt return had one of the commentators saying he could of ran it back but the Patrick Peterson one is all about SEC speed...such an obvious and overt piece of racism by the fine folks at cbs

How well has Ponder played all things considered. He would have the Vikings well over .500 had he been the starter from Week 1.

It's a good thing for the sumos that the media never bothers to update their measurements after they enter the league. Watching Pat Sims waddle off the field for Cincinatti, it's quite apparent that he's nowhere near the 330lbs they list him at. I would put him at 390.

Moron Pat Shurmur, with the game seemingly in hand, calls for a deep pass, which is promptly intercepted. All they had to do was keep running Hillis. Especially with Cincy's D-line a man down.
