If this was a bunch of white guys attacking a frail old latino guy that suffers from Parkinson's there would be a media outcry and the police would be involved. Notice how quick they are to get violent when freddie was only talking. Also I doubt the guy would have kicked him if it was 1 v 1.

Whites now get arrested for making racist tweets on twitter. Yet I doubt this guy will get arrested.

And people wonder why Whites (the majority whom are middle class) don't want to get themselves or children involved in boxing. Imagine having to deal with all the low class blacks and hispanics everyday? No thanks.

The worst one out of the bunch was Ariza. Kicking a man with Parkinson's pretty hard. When Rios gets KO'd Saturday night, the Chinese better have buco security inside the ring. Roach is going to gloat and call this crew all kind of names.

Screw those guys. Look like a bunch of fat beaners to me. Hoping Pac man gives the hands to yet another Mexican fighter. Rios and his posse need an ass whooping

Ariza is known as dirty strength and conditioning coach, this video just makes his image murkier. The lowlifes in boxing are just pathetic. Rios and friends were caught a few years back making fun of Roach's disease.

Much ado about nothing. Boxing low lives. What can you expect? I just watched the first half or third or whatever. It looked Roach was getting in their face.

Pacman is a 5 to 1 favorite.

I get really tired of the Mexicans parading around with their "I'm Mexican and I never quit. I'm a born fighter" crap. They always come into fights with tons of people in their camps and they are always running their mouths. They are nearly non existent in any of the higher weight classes(middleweight and above) and there is so much better talent elsewhere in the world. I hope Pacquio destroys Rios. At least Pacman is humble and has respect for others.

My thoughts on the video:

1) People need to understand before a fight, emotions are running high in both camps. There can be a lot of tension and the smallest thing will start a fight. It's not just the fighters who get emotional, but sometimes the teams as well. I remember in the recent Tyson Fury vs Steve Cunningham fight, after Fury knocked Cunningham out, several members of Cunningham's team were being very rude to Tsyon before and after the fight (almost seemed like they were trying to assault him after the fight). There is a press conference video at a restaurant in NYC, where you can see members of Cunningham's team acting inappropriately and almost threatening Fury. This kind of thing is common in boxing. Also, currently, in the Froch vs Groves fight that is happening this weekend, there is a lot of bad blood and you can feel the tension just looking at both guys.

2) I think Latinos for the most part can be great people and very friendly to whites. I don't think race played a role in the man kicking Freddy. More probably it had to do with just the fact that before a fight, there is a lot of tension. Freddy made things worse by walking up to them, by the way (in fairness, the Latinos were acting inappropriately by swearing at him and then kicking him). I think both sides acted wrongly, but of course, Rios's team should be punished because that is assault. Many white-on-white fights also have these kind of brawls. This thing is commonplace in boxing and has to do with emotions running high before a fight.

3) Roach is a former professional boxer who knows how to fight, and although he now has Parkinson's disease and is somewhat disabled, I'd bet money in a 1-on-1 fight he destroys both of these two Latino guys that were "brawling" with him (the one guy who kicked him, and the second, fatter guy who kept saying "Get the **** out of here"). Roach is a former pro fighter and he knows how to handle himself very well.

4) If Pacquiao is the same fighter he used to be, he will absolutely destroy Rios. The Pacquaio of 2007/2008 would stop Rios within 4 rounds. It would be a mismatch. Rios literally has no defense, he's just walking forward, looking for big shots leaving himself wide, wide, wide open. He is asking to be hit. The only reason he hasn't already been knocked out is because he hasn't really fought top level opposition yet. Rios has the 1 decision loss to Alvarado, but really, also had 2 or 3 fights where he should have lost but was given a gift decision. The thing which makes this fight interesting is that Pacquiao is getting older, and coming off a KO loss, sometimes that can change a fighter. We don't know how much Pacquiao has left and if he can still do it.

5) I'll be cheering for Pacman to pull the win, as I'm not a fan of Rios or his lowlife team. I am a supporter of Latinos provided they are proper-acting (Gabe Rosado, Josesito Lopez, Saul Alvarez, Robert Guerrero, JM Marquez, Fernando Montiel, Mike Alvarado are great examples). Latinos are great people, for the most part!

Too bad Freddie didn't know to say this:

"Psst, hey Chico, i got message for ya,
vamos, vamos muchacho"

i like Freddie, and, if i were him, since all of these fighters like to use nicknames, i would use one too. i would call myself Freddie "C0ck" Roach. Awesome! How can anyone beat it?

In the lead up to Pacman vs Margacheato, Rios was the main person making fun of Roach's Parkinson's affliction. Man, I hope Pacman's drapes the mat with Rio face down. Hey any streams?

From what I've read it all started because Rios and his team was supposed to leave the gym at 11 so Roach and manny could train. However when Roach turned up Rios and his team were still their after 11 talking to the press. So Roach asked them to leave and that's when they got violent.

When Roach was boxing I believe he was known for his good ability to take a lot of punches, so perhaps there is a connection between getting hit a lot and Parkinson disease, as with Cassius Clay and other boxers, though I don't think anyone really knows what causes the disease. Boxers, like George Chuvalo, who basically used his head as his defense, but never was knocked down in his whole career, 93 fights, fighting the top guys too, and, apart from all his personal tragedies, he's fine.

As for this thread, again, much ado about nothing. They didn't really assault Roach, they just tried to get him away from them and that became pretty rough, but he was in their face. Maybe they did overstay their time limit. I don't know. Big deal. I too am rooting for the Pacman.

I don't hate Mexicans. I like Mexicans. It's just that they belong in Mexico. That's why they call the place Mexico. They need to take Mexico back from the criminals, just as we do here in the USSA. They've disarmed all the honest Mexican people and now only the criminals are armed. Same thing they want to do here. Criminals and politicians. Exact same thing. A Mexican man said, "Mexico used to be a very polite society when the people were armed." Also the Mexican population is exploding. That too is why they are overflowing their border. Then the Pope goes down there and tells them it's a sin to practice birth control!

"the Mexican population is exploding"

In 1940 the total population of Mexico was less than 20 million. Today Mexico City alone has more than that, and the population of Mexico today is almost 120 million!

Thats astonishing to me! How peasants expect to support that many children?

I bet there are 20 million Mexicans in Texas too. Over half of everything around here has Mexican flags on it. There is spanish written all over the place. Billboards, storefronts, products in the stores. On regular local television there are 4 Spanish channels, and 5 English. The commercials on the Spanish stations show them safe places to cross over into Texas illegally.

It looked like a sparring session with Pacman doing speed work and Rios forever stalking and eating tons of leather. If Rios was Pacman's natural size he would have been counting sheep at some point in the fight.

You see, that's the difference between Pacman and Weasel. Pacman will punch for 12 rounds while Weasel will throw 15 punches per round and the rest of the time tuck his head up his ssa.

Reconquista they call it - not that the southwest USA was ever Mexican territory - it was American Indian territory - the Mexicans never defeated the Amerindians. "Reconquista" - with the full aid and cooperation of the occupational government and the overlords. They want cheap non-union Mexican labor, just as they earlier wanted cheap negro labor and imported negroes into places like Detroit, Michigan for that purpose - that worked out real great, didn't it? - and imported them into the western hemisphere for that purpose in the first place!

They say that Freddie Roach, when he was boxing, was known to have a good chin, that is be able to take a lot of punches and keep on going, so while no one knows what causes Parkinsons disease it seems that getting punched a lot may be one factor, as with Cassius Clay. On the other hand fighters like heavyweight George Chuvalo who had almost 100 pro fights and used his head as a defensive weapon, is, aside from his tragic personal life, fine as far as I know.

I read this article by an old Thai boxer, were he said 90% of the other old Thai boxers that he knows have memory problem's. Here it is http://travel.cnn.com/bangkok/play/after-fights-995878

Full contact sparring in Thai and western boxing will give you a slight edge over a karate guy that doesn't do full contact sparring but its not very good in the long run.
