What if the Nebraska or Ohio State were to play Notre Dame for the National Championship. Roughly 50% of the starters on both teams would be white. Additionally, imagine if anouther white friendly team such as Penn State or UCLA were to make a BCS bowl.

At the same time viewers notice that 80% of all starters in the NFL are black. Unlike many of theses college teams there are virtually no skill players on the field. Viewers notice this as well.

A casual observer watches an ENTIRELY black Flordia Dolphins team take the field just days after observing exceptional white athletic tallent in the in the Fiesta Bowl.

Could the caste system be exposed to the general public? Is the discrimination against white blatant enough to catch the attention of common folk? Or would most fans just not notice? Better yet, would some fans insult their own intelligence and figure that there is no discrimination?

If the NFL drafts only 4 or 5 white players in the first round come the ensueing 2007 draft; despite the success of majority white teams, could that open some eyes?

Better yet, in a few years, after the increasingly white Notre Dame has established a dynesty and the NFL is 85% black; could that open some eyes. How about if Air Force, Colorado State or Nevada finally start performing well? (Note: last weekend Air Force almost defeated Tennessee).

Might we have a situation where 90% players in the NFL are black and yet the best college teams are mostly white? Would this wake people up?

I wonder....

I was hoping that would have already happened with the Ohio St-Notre Dame Fiesta Bowl of last year but I guess a National Championship would make for a larger audience.
