Stefan Fernholm was a swedish disscuss thrower who was 6'1 270. He made a speed training tape were he claimed a 4.25 forty. If any one knows more about him I'd like to know.

I grew up watching his Bigger, Faster, Stronger tapes. You can also addd 800+ pound parallel squat to the above stats. I believe he threw the discus at BYU in the early 1980's.

It is unbelievable to watch someone 270 consistently run a sub 4.3 sec 40 yd dash. He always claimed to be all natural and steroid free. You may find information on him at the BFS website. Unfortunately, I read on one web page that he died of a heart attack at age 35. An unbelievable white athlete, it's hard to believe he hasn't been discussed extensively on this site.
